What is PartnerStack?

PartnerStack is a partner management platform that BILL has engaged with to help enable our partner programs.

How do non-Console referrals work?

We want to reward you for your referrals that become direct paying customers. By referring more, you earn more commission. Sign up for non-Console referrals via PartnerStack and share your unique referral link with your client. When your referral becomes a direct subscriber, you’ll get paid the associated commission.

How and when do I get paid?

When signing up to refer clients through PartnerStack, you'll be asked to provide a bank account. Each month, on or around the 14th or 15th, PartnerStack will pay commissions from the previous month to the bank account on record.

I’m a member of the BILL Accountant Partner Program. Do I also get a bounty
for the clients I add on my Console?

No, you can either add your clients to your console (and receive the console client savings) OR refer them through this Accountant referral program (and receive the commission).

How can I check the status of my referrals?

You can log into PartnerStack and see the status of referrals and payouts.
