I’m thrilled to be at BILL and to be able to continue my journey of working to serve you and your SMB clients.
My passion and connection to the accounting professional community and SMBs started years ago when I was a customer service representative supporting accountants after college. From that time forward, a common focus throughout my career, has been shaping the strategy and direction of technology to accelerate innovation that is substantive to help you, all in service to the success of our shared SMB clients.
Energized for the opportunity together
This is one of the reasons I wanted to join BILL—because this is a team that understands accountants, and understands the importance of building transformative technology for your unique needs. And it’s my job is to rally the company around the work that would truly make a difference for you.
When I was at BILL’s Accountant Partner Council, I saw firsthand the strong partnership between BILL and the accountant community. There was lots of discussion about industry trends (such as shifting to strategic advisory, talent shortages and automation and AI) and what your clients need. I loved how transparent the team at BILL was about our roadmap and future plans, and I heard lots of excitement from attendees around the innovations (and new digital community) coming your way throughout the year. I look forward to building on that momentum.

The only way I know how to ensure we’re delivering for you is by starting an ongoing two-way dialogue where I listen closely to you about your needs and those of the clients you serve, turn that feedback into a plan, and then consistently deliver on that plan while bringing you along on the journey.
I am eager to continue to learn from you and deepen the already strong partnerships between BILL and the accountant community.
